Production and delivery
All products already manufactured and sold in the catalogue are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Individual orders take between 3 and 10 working days. During the festive season and for exceptionally large items, production can take up to 20-30 working days.
Products are sent in Lithuania by Omniva, LP Express, SmartPost, DPD, Venipak post offices.
Free delivery to the indicated post offices in Lithuania for purchases of EUR 50 or more.
Delivery by courier is negotiated separately and only for large items.
Products are sent in Europe by registered post or DPD courier* (*where available).
Products are sent to the rest of the world either by registered or regular mail. Please contact us by email for specific options.
Returns
All products already manufactured and sold online come with a 14-day return guarantee. Returns are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Art. 6.22810 CC).
Goods made to individual orders are non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Returned goods must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
When returning a good quality product, you must provide proof (photo) that the product is in good condition, has not been used and is in its original packaging.
When requesting a refund, state the reason why you are not satisfied with the product and why you are returning it.
In all cases, the buyer must pay the return or exchange costs.
Goods are returned by Omniva, Lp express, DPD post offices or courier.
When can goods not be returned?
If there have been changes to the appearance of the goods or the packaging that were not necessary to inspect the goods.
If the product has been used.
If the product has been customised for you (individual dimensions, colours, design).
